At Clustr, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our services. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for purchases made on our platform. By using our services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
1. Subscription Refunds
For monthly subscription plans, we offer a 7-day refund period from the date of initial purchase. If you are not satisfied with your subscription within this period, you may request a full refund.
For annual subscription plans, we offer a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your subscription within this period, you may request a full refund.
After the refund period has expired, we do not offer prorated refunds for the unused portion of your subscription. You will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of your billing period.
2. Digital Content Purchases
Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases of individual digital content (such as premium videos, tutorials, or downloadable resources) are final and non-refundable once the content has been accessed, downloaded, or streamed.
However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the purchased content, please contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase, and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.
3. Creator Membership Purchases
Payments made to individual creators through channel memberships or direct support are subject to the following refund terms:
- One-time support payments or “tips” to creators are final and non-refundable.
- Monthly creator memberships can be canceled at any time, but we do not offer refunds for past membership periods.
- If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact our support team within 7 days of the charge.
4. Affiliate Program Fees
Any fees associated with joining our Affiliate Program are refundable within 30 days if you decide the program is not suitable for your needs. To qualify for a refund, you must not have earned any commissions during this period.
After 30 days, or if you have earned any commissions, affiliate program fees are non-refundable.
5. Promotional Credits
Any promotional credits, free trials, or discount offers are not refundable for cash and cannot be transferred to another account. These credits have no cash value and are subject to the terms specified in the promotion.
6. Exceptions for Technical Issues
If you experience significant technical issues with our platform that prevent you from using the services you paid for, please contact our support team. We will review each case individually and may offer:
- A full or partial refund
- Account credit
- Extended subscription time
- Other appropriate compensation
Technical issues must be reported within 7 days of occurrence to be eligible for consideration.
7. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Clustr account
- Go to Account Settings → Billing History
- Locate the transaction you wish to have refunded
- Select "Request Refund" and follow the prompts
- Alternatively, contact our support team at support@clustr.com
All refund requests will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
8. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in the termination of your account and additional fees.
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
